沙蒿胶多糖提取工艺条件研究

Technological Conditions for Extraction of Artemisia Arenaria Seed Gum

沙蒿胶多糖作为食品添加剂在食品加工领域中展现了广阔的应用前景。另外在医药、日用化工、沙漠治理等领域中也有广泛的应用。本文主要阐述了利用乙酸作为提取剂从沙蒿籽中提取沙蒿胶多糖的工艺,并采用正交试验的方法确定了提取沙蒿胶多糖的最佳工艺条件:提取温度50℃,提取时间:90min,提取液浓度85％,料液比1:5,在此工艺条件下沙蒿胶提取率为18％-19％。与目前国内干法生产工艺相比,本文提出的工艺生产的沙蒿胶在得率和纯度上都有了显著的提高。

As a new food additive, Artemisia arenaria seed gum is widely used in food industry. It can be used in fields of medicine, daily chemical industry, and desert control as well. The conditions of extracting Artemisia arenaria seed gum with acetic acid from Artemisia arenaria seed was optimized by orthogonally designed experiments. The optimum extraction conditions are as follows: extraction temperature 50℃, extracting solution concentration 85% , extraction time 90 min, and rate of solid to solution 1:5. In such conditions, the yield of Artemisia arenaria seed gum is 18-19%. Comparing with a dry process of Artemisia arenaria seed gum production, the product yield and purity are improved greatly with the presented technology.
