在电动工具认证测试及产品质量监督检验过程中,发热试验是一项比较复杂,而且人为因素对试验结果影响比较大的试验。文章结合工作实践经验,将GB3883.1-1991《手持式电动工具的安全第一部分:一般要求》中发热试验的有关内容进行归类,分析了电动工具的发热试验要求及引起电动工具发热的主要原因,总结出影响试验结果的主要因素及发热试验中的注意事项,有利于测试人员更好地理解和执行标准。
