现行规定的尿糖定量的方法是邻甲苯胺(O-TB)法,该法试剂有毒、有致癌性和较强的蚀腐性,且试剂随着存放时间而呈色逐渐变浅,反应过程较为麻烦,因此,本文试作酶法,并与邻甲苯胺法比较,结果如下:

At present in China, O-TB is the only way stipulated in testing Urine sugar. However, the reagent used in this way has proved poisonous and carcinogenicity. Now it is found that GOD-POD can replace——O-TB without bed effect.
