几种家禽新城疫母源抗体变化规律的研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用血凝抑制(HI)试验测定了3个品种的鸡、樱桃谷肉鸭和2个品种的鹅新城疫母源抗体。结果表明:各品系的新城疫母源抗体均呈下降趋势。快大型AA肉鸡、快羽黄鸡、樱桃谷肉鸭和快羽鹅在3~5日龄形成一个高峰后,呈先快后慢的下降趋势;慢羽黄鸡和慢羽鹅则呈完全下山峰状,基本呈先快后慢的下降趋势;快羽下降速度要比慢羽快。尽管供试禽母源抗体变化规律有相似之处,但同一禽种不同品系之间可能存在差异。 This experiment measured ND maternal antibody changing situation of three sorts of chicken, cherry duck and two sorts of goose by HI. The result showed that ND maternal antibody of quickly-growth white chicken, quickly-grown yellow chicken, cherry duck and quickly-growth goose declined from quickly to slowly after reaching a peak at three to five days old; ND maternal antibody of slowly-growth yellow chicken and slowly-growth goose declining curve diagram showed completely downhill from quick to slow. Comparing quickly-growth poultry with slowly-growth poultry, the declining speed of quickly-growth poultry was faster than slowly-growth poultry. The results showed that every poultry maternal antibody changing regulation were similar, but there maybe some difference between different sorts of poultry hence which must be analyzed specifically.
