摘要
目的 :探讨振荡电位 (Ops)在高海拔地区糖尿病视网膜病变早期诊断的敏感性指标 ,并为糖尿病视网膜病变国内分期提供功能学信息。方法 :选择 6 2名糖尿病患者、115眼 ,进行眼底检查 ,分无视网膜病变组、单纯型组、增生型组。选择 30只正常眼作对照组。对所有患者按国际标准方法进行Ops检测。结果 :随着病变的发展Ops各子波的振幅及Ops总振幅逐渐下降 ,无病变组与单纯型组的Ops总振幅、OP2 振幅有差异 ,OP1和OP3 振幅在对照组、无病变组与单纯型、增生型有差异 ,增生型的OP2 振幅、Ops总振幅与无病变组、单纯型组、对比组有差异。结论 :Ops总振幅和OP2 振幅在糖尿病视网膜病变临床前期下降 ,是DR早期诊断的敏感和客观指标 。
Objective:To observe the sensitivity of oscillatory potentials (Ops) in diabetic retinopathy (DR) for early diagnose at high altitude, so as to provide functional and morphological information for current diabetic retinopathy classification. Methods: 62 diabetic patients (115 eyes) are selected and examined using fundus ophthalmoscope. All eyes are divide into 4 groups: the no visible changes group、the simple and proliferative DR group and 30 normal eyes as the control group. The Ops are performed according to International Society for Clinical Electrophysiology of Vision protocol. Results: The summed amplitude of Ops and its wavelets reduce gradually with the development of diabetic retinopathy. There were different in the summed amplitude of Ops and amplitude of OP 2 between the no visible changes group and the simple DR; there was different of the amplitude of OP 1 and Ops between the control group or/and the no visible changes group and simple or/and proliferative DR. There was different in the amplitude of OP 2 and summed amplitude in proliferative DR from no visible changes group、simple DR and the control group. Conclusions: The summed amplitude of Ops and the amplitude of OP 2 decrease in pre-clinical stage of diabetic retinopathy (DR), and it is sensitive and Abstract Objective index of early diagnosis of DR .The summed amplitude of Ops was correlated with the development of diabetic retinopathy severity
