摘要
无载体^(32)PO^(3-)_4同位素稀释法和化学分析相结合的方法被用于研究了室内培养的中华盒形藻(Biddulphia Sinensis Grevile)对可溶性活性磷(SRP)的吸收动力学,该藻类大、中、小三类细胞最大吸收速率(l_(max))分别为14.970×10^(-7)、16.325×10^(-7)和1.878×10^(-7)μmol/cell·h,1/2 l_(max)的介质浓度常数(K_)分别是2.398、1.595和0.218μmol,V_(max)能较好地说明细胞受磷限制的程度,与细胞磷含量成负相关而与细胞叶绿素a含量成正相关;K_表示细胞对介质磷的利用能力,与藻类细胞大小有关,结果表明中华盒形藻对SRP的吸收动力学符合米氏方程。
Carrier-free 32PO43- isotope-dilution ami chemical analysis methods were used to study uptake kinetics of soluble reactive phoshporus(SRP) by Biddulphia sinensis Grevile in laboratory. Maximal uptake rates(Vmax) by large, middle and small cells of the algae were 14. 970× 10-7,16. 326 ×10-7 and 1. 878 × 10-7 μmol/cell @ h respectively with half-satulation constants (K.) 2. 393, 1. 595 and 0- 218 μmol respectively. Vmax was negatively cortelated with cellular phosphorus but [ csi-tively with cellular chlorophyll-a contents. K. is usually represented anility to use phosphate by algae and wae related to the algae cell size. The results showed that 3RP uptake kinetics by the algae followed Michaelis Menten equation.
