废橡胶作为弹性沥青混凝土路面材料的实验研究 被引量:27

摘要 提出了用经过切碎等工艺处理后的大小为2~3mm的颗粒状废橡胶作为弹性沥青混凝土路面材料组分的方法.室内实验结果表明:掺有废橡胶的沥青混凝土其沥青用量减小,弹性增加,耐水性、抗飞散剥离和抗滑等性能均得到改善;当废橡胶掺量达到9.4%(质量分数)时,沥青混凝土具有明显的防路面冻结性能;在实际工程中,预计掺入2%~3%左右的废橡胶就可使沥青混凝土具有明显的弹性和防路面冻结性能. Some waste rubber that is generated in vehicle industry cannot be effectively reused and is disposed of as waste material now, such as the rubber ring sealing the door of car. After treating, those waste rubbers become aggregate with diameter of 2-3 mm, and they have less strength and better elasticity. The recycling method of waste rubber aggregate as AC material was proposed and investigated in present study. Result show that adding waste rubber in AC can decrease the optimum asphalt content and increase the elasticity of AC, the resistance of AC to wearing and sliding are also improved. Moreover, when the content of waste rubber reaches up to 9.4% (by mass), the asphalt concrete has remarkable function to prevent icing on road surface. It is predicted that AC containing 2%-3% waste rubber will have remarkable elasticity and effectiveness in removing ice from road surface.
