实验室内热压成型夹层玻璃冲击强度分析 被引量:7

摘要 在实验室建立了热压成型设备,用该设备制作了多种类型的夹层玻璃试样.通过测试试样的冲击强度,分析了玻璃厚度、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)胶片厚度及其不同组合对夹层玻璃强度的影响.实验结果为制作工业试样并开拓新产品提供了依据. Various types of laminated glass samples were made by a heat press equipment which was set up in the laboratory. Through measuring impact strength of the samples, the effects of glass thickness, polyvinyl butyral (PVB) film thickness and their various combinations on laminated glass strength were studied. The test results provide basis for making industrial samples and designing new products.
