介绍了城市滨水区概念和城市滨水区设计开发的分类 ,并对当今国外城市滨水区发展和研究进行了总结 ,分析了国外滨水区建设存在的问题和教训。根据我国滨水区城市设计研究的现状 ,提出了滨水区城市设计的对策 ,总结了我国滨水区城市设计研究应注意的问题。

The author introduce the concept of the urban waterfront and the classify of the waterfront urban design. With the research of waterfront studies around the world and in domestic country, the domestic urban waterfront design is discussed. The direction of domestic urban waterfront research, the development of urban design with a water environment and some problems of urban water front design are expounded.
