摘要
分析了引起砖混住宅常见裂缝的原因 ,并介绍了具体的措施 ,以解决长期困扰广大住房消费者的住宅裂缝问题 ,确保住宅工程结构安全和使用功能 ,促进住宅工程质量总体水平的不断提高。
Based upon analysis of the reasons caused cracks in masonry concrete buildings corresponding resolving measures are proposed in order to eliminate this kind of failure to ensure structure safety and usable functions of houses and improve the integral construction level of house project.
