Investigation of building engineering at final acceptance and records management

根据多年的工作实践,就建筑工程竣工验收备案管理工作执行过程中存在的问题,从现有制度规定、管理作用和运作过程等方面进行了分析,提出了解决问题的措施,以使该项制度得以健康顺利进行。

Based upon several years' experiences the problems existed in records management at final acceptance investigation stage of building engineering are analyzed from rules and regulations, management, operation and other aspects; at the same time corresponding resolving measures are proposed in order to ensure the health running of rules and regulations.
