介绍了工程造价控制在项目各阶段的重点意义,从投资决策阶段、设计阶段、工程发包阶段、合同实施阶段等方面进行了论述,指出工程造价控制是工程项目管理的首要前提,应予以重视。
It introduces important significance of cost control of project in various periods of item,discusses periods of investment & policy decision?of design?of project contract and of contract and of contract construction,and points out that cost control of project is prime premise of item management of project to which should be paid special attention.
