摘要
提出用分光光度法测定药物N-羟甲基烟酰胺的方法,N-羟甲基烟酰胺在酸催化下用醛酐转化为相应的醋酸酯,接着在碱催化下进行醋酸酯的羟肟化,最后用三氯化铁形成红色络合物溶液,该红色溶液对波长524nm有一最大吸收峰,实验表明当N-羟甲基烟酰胺的浓度为1~6×10^(-3)mol/l时能很好地遵守Beer定律。
A method for the determination of N-hydroxymethyl nicotinamide byspectrophotometry is described. N-Hydroxymethyl nicotinamide was converted to acetate by acid-catalyzed acetylation, followed by base-catalyzed hydroxamaition of the acetate ester and color development as the ferric hydroxamate chelate. The resulting colour solution was measured at 524 nm. Beer's law is obeyd in the concentration range of 1-6×10 3 mol. 1 1 N-hyrlroxmethyl nicotinamide.
