摘要
采用粉末型交流电致发光作为光神经器件构成光电混合型神经网络,测试了这种器件的亮度-电压、发光光谱特性,并给出了作为探测器的光敏电阻的光谱灵敏曲线,并提出了实现以Hopfield模型为基础的光电混合型神经网络的具体方案。
The powder type ACEL is used for optial neural device to compose optoelectronic neural networks. The brightness-voltage and emission spectra characteristic of the device have been measured. The spectra sensitiveness characteristic of the photoresistor used as detector has been given. This paper propose a concrete plan to realize optoelectronic neural networks based on Hopfield model.
