摘要
利用哈克流变仪对低熔点双组分合金填充聚合物材料体系的流变性进行了研究。结果表明 ,少量双组分合金的加入对材料的流动性能起阻碍作用 ,大量双组分合金的加入却促进了材料流动 ;第 3组分的加入提高了体系的流动性 ,极性树脂体系出现了不稳定的现象 ;开炼方式有利于双组分合金的分散 。
The rheology properties of polymer filled with lower melting point dual component metallic alloy were studied by Hakke rheometer. The results showed that low addition of lower melting point dual component metallic alloy impeded the fluidity and high addition of the lower melting dual component metallic alloy promoted the fluidity. Unstable fluidity was brought by the third component. Open milling was helpful for metal distribution but with high viscosity.
