摘要
目的探讨临床路径在十二指肠镜治疗胆管结石病人中的作用。方法60例病人,按住院号末位数分为两组,单数的为实验组,双数的为对照组,每组30例。实验组采用制订的临床路径进行诊疗护理,对照组按常规模式工作。对比两组病人在住院时间、住院费用、医护服务品质和病人满意度4方面的差异。结果与对照组相比,实验组病人的住院时间缩短,住院费用明显降低,而医护服务品质及病人满意度明显提高(均P<0.05)。讨论临床路径在十二指肠镜治疗胆管结石中的应用,有利于护理人员角色的转变,提高护理服务质量,规范医疗护理行为,节省病人住院费用及缩短住院时间。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical pathway on treating cholelithiasis by duodenoscope. Methods Sixty cases were divided into two groups according to patients' admission numbers. The experiment group included 30 patients whose admission numbers were odd and the control group included 30 patients whose admission numbers were even. The clinical pathway was used in the experiment group and the routine mode was used in the control group. The hospitalization time and cost, the quality of nursing service and the satisfaction degree of patients were compared. Results The average hospitalization time and cost in the experiment group were significantly less, and the quality of nursing service and the satisfaction degree of patients were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions The application of clinical pathway in treating cholelithiasis by duodenoscope can facilitate the change of nurses` role, improve the quality of nursing service, standardize nursing conduct, reduce the cost of patients in hospital and shorten the hospitalization time.
