乳腺癌术后化疗患者渗漏性损伤的预防

目的总结乳腺癌术后患者静脉滴注化疗药物渗漏性损伤的预防方法。方法通过对120例,共720例次乳腺癌术后化疗患者进行化疗前的健康教育,合理选用静脉,掌握用药、冲管和拔针方法,指导患者自我观察,加强巡视等方法预防化疗药物渗漏。结果720例次乳腺癌根治术后化疗患者,化疗渗漏发生率为0。结论化疗前做好患者的教育工作,掌握化疗渗漏性损伤的预防方法,能有效减少乳腺癌患者静脉化疗渗漏性损伤的发生率。

Objective To summarize the methods of preventing injuries caused by venous extravasation of chemotherapeutic agents in patients with breast cancer. Methods The following methods, including health education, appropriate selection of injected veins, patients self-check and frequent patrol, were applied in 120 patients who undertook chemotherapy 720 times to prevent the chemotherapeutic agents leakage after operations of breast cancer. Result There was no drug leakage in all the patients. Conclusion Appropriate health education and correct preventive methods at chemotherapy can effectively prevent injuries caused by venous extravasation of drugs in patients with breast cancer.
