数字减影血管造影动脉导管溶栓治疗超早期急性脑梗死的护理

目的总结数字减影血管造影(DSA)下,动脉导管溶栓治疗超早期急性脑梗死的护理经验。方法对20例施行DSA动脉导管溶栓术的超早期急性脑梗死患者进行术后护理及康复指导。结果血管再通16例,未通4例,术后并发消化道出血3例,穿刺伤口出血1例,未有1例出现护理并发症。结论对施行DSA动脉导管溶栓术患者术后进行严密周到的观察、并发症的预防及有针对性的护理,能减少并发症的发生率,提高临床治愈率。

Objective To summarize the nursing experience in patients with acute ischemic stroke after intra-arterial thrombolysis using urokinase under digital subtraction angiography(DSA). Method Twenty patients with acute ischemic stroke received postoperative nursing and rehabilitation training. Results Gastrointestinal hemorrhage occurred in 3 patients, and puncture point hemorrhage occurred in 1 patient. No nursing complications occurred. Conclusions Careful observation and pertinent nursing for patients can decrease the occurrence of complications and increase the clinic cure rate.
