提高静脉穿刺成功率的方法与效果分析

目的探讨提高静脉穿刺成功率的方法与效果。方法将100例静脉穿刺患者随机分为实验组与对照组,每组50例。实验组采用改良的静脉穿刺法,对照组仅按常规法进行静脉穿刺。结果对照组与实验组在疼痛情况、穿刺成功率及退针成功率方面比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),实验组个体疼痛感低于对照组,而在穿刺成功率及退针成功率方面均高于对照组。结论改良的静脉穿刺法可有效减轻患者穿刺时的疼痛,提高穿刺成功率。

Objective To study the method and results in improving the vein puncture success rate. Methods One hundred patients who need the veins puncturing were divided into the experiment group and the control group randomly, 50 cases in each group. Patients in the experiment group were applied with the method of improved vein puncture, while patients in the control group received vein puncture in the usual way. Results There were differences between the two groups in pain, the success rate of vein puncture and the rate of recede needle (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the experiment group has less pain, higher success rates in vein puncture and recede needle. Conclusion The method of improved vein puncture can mitigate patients' pain during vein puncture and improve the success rate of vein puncture.
