肝癌介入治疗患者的护理需求调查分析

Investigation and analysis for nursing needs of Hepatic cancer with interventional therapy

目的探讨肝癌介入治疗患者的护理需求。方法针对肝癌介入治疗患者术前、术中、术后的心理特点,自行设计出护理行为评估表,分为技术操作需求、服务态度需求、知识需求、关怀需求、教育需求、尊重需求6大项18个问题,对患者进行问卷调查,以了解患者在治疗过程中的护理需求。结果患者对技术操作需求居第一位,对服务态度的需求位居第二位,对知识、关怀、教育方面的需求相对次要。结论熟练准确的护理操作技术、良好的服务态度以及整体化的个体护理措施是满足患者护理需求,提高护理质量的关键。

Objective:To investigate the needs for nurse caring by hepatic cancer patients treated by the interventional therapy.Methods:According to the features of nurse caring for patients treated by the interventional therapy before and post operation,we designed a nurse caring behaviors assessment by ourselves.It includes the needs for operation skill,serving attitude,knowledge,caring,education and respect,6 items in total.We sent the questionnaire to the patients in order to investigate their needs for nurse caring during the treatment,Results:The first need was operation skill,the second was serving attitude,the needs for knowledge,caring and education was in subordination.Conclusion:The accurate and skillde nursing operation,good serving attitude and the nursing plan for a patient as a whole was the key to improve the nursing quality.
