应用心阻抗图法对甲亢患者左心功能的研究

Study on the Left Ventricular Function of Hyperthyroidism Patients with Impedance Cardiogram

目的:探讨甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)早期及晚期的左心功能变化。方法:5 0例健康人(A组)泵功能和收缩功能参数分别与甲亢早期组(B组)、甲亢晚期组(C组)比较。结果:泵功能参数B组均高于A组,而C组则低于A组;收缩功能参数B组除L VET外,HI高于A组而其他参数均低于A组,而C组Q- Z及HI低于A组、其他参数高于A组;总外周阻力参数B组、C组均低于A组。结论:本组资料表明甲亢早期左心功能增强而晚期左心功能减退。

Objective To explore the changes of left ventricular function of hyperthyroidism patients in early and late period.Methods 50 cases of healty group(group A)compared respectively with the groups of hyperthyroidism patients in early(group B) and late (group C)periods.Results The parameters of pump function in early period group of hyperthyroidism were higher than healty group,whereas these parameters were lower in late period group;to compare parameters of systolic function in early period,beside the LVET,HI was higher than healty group,the others were lower than health group,whereas Q-Z and HI were lower and the others were higher in the late period group.The parameter of TPR in early and late period group of hyperthyroidism were lower than health group.Conclusion This data indicates that early period intensification and late period decrease of left ventricular function.
