摘要 采用两层网络拓扑结构,开发了基于以太网及现场总线的过程控制系统实验装置;运用SIMATICWinCCV5.1、SIMATICSTEP7V5.1等软件技术设计了用于实验状态监视、数据采集及处理、数据记录的监控软件,在PLC中建立了专门用于数据交换的公用数据块,并在WinCC的全局脚本(GlobalScript)中建立相应的数据交换用户程序。实验结果表明,基于以太网及现场总线的过程控制系统实验装置,解决了被控对象、测控装置等物理设备的地域分散性,以及控制与监控等任务对实时性的要求,系统性能稳定、可靠,测量精度高。 By methods of two-layer network topology, the process control system used in experimental facility was exploited based on the industrial Ethernet and Fieldbus. The monitor software for experimental state monitoring, data sampling & disposing and data logging were developed using SIMATIC WinCC V5.1 and SIMATIC STEP7 V5.1. The common data block for data switching was established in the PLCs, and the corresponding user program for data exchange was also builded up in WinCC's global script. The results showed that this laboratory installation had settled area dispersibility of physical equipments, such as controlled device, measuring & controlling equipment, etc. In addition, real-time requirement of controlling and monitoring was also solved. The system has good performance and high precision and excellent reliability.
