摘要
目的 研究郑州地区医学生血液 12种物质昼间变化规律 ,为医学科研、诊断治疗提供理论依据。 方法 观察对象为郑州市医学专科学校学生 30例 ,年龄 18~ 2 0岁。第 1次样本为晨 8时空腹静脉采血 ,后按规定时间至 17∶0 0 ,在 9h内共采取血样 13次。采血间隔时间观察对象在原地坐位休息 ,12∶0 0午餐按规定能量统一供给。测定血清总蛋白 (TP)、白蛋白 (ALB)、γ -谷氨酰转移酶 (GGT)、门冬氨酸转移酶 (AST)、N -乙酰 - β -D氨基葡萄糖苷酶 (NAG)、肌酸激酶 (CK)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LD)和钾 (K)、钠 (Na)、氯化物、钙 (Ca)与无机磷 (P)等 12种物质浓度或酶活性 ,进行分析研究。结果 昼间 9h内血液物质的时间与浓度或酶活性曲线出现双峰的有TP、ALB、AST、NAG、LD和无机离子K、Na、Ca、P等 ;显示单峰的为GGT和氯化物 ;血清CK活性水平无明显变化。 结论 除血清CK外 ,其他 11种物质具有昼间节律性 ,此结果为医学科研和诊断治疗提供理论基础依据。
Objective To research diurnal dynamic variations of 12 components in serum of medical healthy students in Zhengzhou. Methods Serum levels of 12 components of diurnal variation were determined in 30 medical students from 8∶00 to 17∶00.The 12 components were serum total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),γ-glutamyltransferase(GGT),L-aspartate transaminase (AST),N-Acetyl-β-D-glucosamindase (NAG),creatine kinase (CK),lactate dehydrogenase (LD),potassium (K),sodium (Na),chloride (Cl),calcium (Ca) and inorganic phosphours. Results There was no significant variation in serum CK activity during a day.There were 9 components that were TP,ALB,AST,NAG,LD and K,Na,Ca,P showing two peaks during a day.There was 2 components which were GGT and Cl showing one peak during a day. Conclusions This result provides basic theory for medical research,diagnosis and treatment.
