不同频度服用氟西汀持续治疗抑郁症的对照研究

A comparison of fluoxetine with depression continued treatment by various frequency.

目的 比较不同频度服用氟西汀持续治疗抑郁症的效果。方法 将 4 5例治愈后的抑郁症患者随机平分为每日 1次、每周 2次及每周 1次服用氟西汀三个组 ,并持续治疗 2 4周。分析服药依从性、复发情况以及采用汉密顿抑郁量表 (HAMD)及不良反应量表 (TESS)分别评定疗效及不良反应。结果 每日 1次组 4例停药 ;每周 2次组1例停药、2例复发 ;每周 1次组 4例复发。三组间治疗依从性有显著性差异 ,复发情况无显著性差异。每周 1次组入组后HAMD的各次评分均显著高于入组时 ,第 2 4周评分与另两组间差异均有显著性。结论 国产氟西汀用于抑郁症的长期治疗 ,每周 2次给药最合适。

Objective To compare the efficacy of fluo xe tine with depression during continued treatment by various frequency. Methods 45 recovered depression are averagly divided into three grou ps randomly,once every day,once weekly,twice weekly,continued treatment for 24w. The efficacy was assessed with compliancy,recurred situation,HAMD and TESS.Results There are 4 patients stop treating in the once e very day group,there are one patient stop treating and two patients recured in t he group of once weekly,four patients recurred in the group of twice weekly.Ther e are significant differences in the compliancy among three groups,while recurre d situation are not.The HAMD scores are obviously higher than before study,as we ll as the other groups at the 24th weeks for the once weekly group.Co nclusion Fluoxetine made in China is the best available by twice wee kly in the continued treatment for depression.
