奎的平治疗精神分裂症的疗效及其影响因素分析

An analysis between the ef ficacy and its influential factors in the schizophrenic inpatients trented with quetiapine.

目的 分析奎的平治疗精神分裂症的疗效及其影响因素。方法 对符合CCMD - 3精神分裂症诊断的2 5 6例住院患者经奎的平治疗 8周以观察其疗效 ,并对所得资料进行分析。结果 奎的平显效率 (痊愈 +显效 )达77 73% ,有效治疗剂量为 2 0 0～ 5 0 0mg/d ,平均 (36 2± 97 34)mg/d。逐步回归分析显示 ,病程短者疗效优于病程长者 ;发病年龄大者疗效优于小者 ;家族史、发病诱因、临床亚型、单用及合并少量氯氮平及住院次数等因素对奎的平的疗效无明显影响。结论 本文结果对合理应用奎的平治疗 ,提高其的疗效有一定的参考价值。

Objective To analy se the efficacy and its influential factors in the schizophrenic inpatients treate d with quetiapine.Methods The data of 256 schizophrenic i npatients who had been treated with quetiapine for eight weeks were analysed.All subjects meet CCMD-3 criteria for schizophrenia.Multivariate analyses were used .Results One hundred patients (77.73%) were much improve d with the treatment of quetiapine.The maintaining dose of quetiapine was (362± 97.34)mg daily(200～500mg),stepwise regression analysis indicated that the bett e r results also occurred in inpatients with shorter courses and in later-onset p atients.Conclusion The results showed useful information on how to use quetiapine resonably and effectively in the treatment of schizophr enic inpatients.
