摘要 应用石英晶体微天平(QCM)研究了基于生物素-亲和素系统的葡萄糖氧化酶的固定化,探讨了纳米金修饰QCM金基片对酶固定化的一系列过程的影响.在本实验条件下,利用生物素-亲和素系统能较好地固定化葡萄糖氧化酶,经过纳米金颗粒修饰的QCM基片对酶的吸附量比未经修饰的基片可提高1倍以上.
