摘要
目的:建立一个能够满足不同晶状体核硬度的无缝合白内障非超声乳化手术切口。方法:老年性白内障患者156例(182眼),行小切口非超声乳化手术摘除,根据术中晶状体核的实际大小及硬度动态改变基础切口形式,并观察术中及术后切口的密闭程度,以及晶状体核的取出、角膜水肿、散光等情况。结果:在182眼手术中,除初期6眼需缝合1针外,其余术中及术后切口均能密闭良好;一次性晶状体核取出顺利;术后角膜水肿均在1wk内消失;术后1mo角膜散光值较术前无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:动态切口的建立能够满足不同硬度晶状体核的白内障非超声乳化小切口手术的要求,使切口更加有效更加科学。
AIM: To create an efficacious dynamic incision for the non-phacoemulsificatio n cataract extraction to meet the need of different nuclear hardness. · METHODS: A total of 156 cases (182 eyes) of aged cataract underwent small inc ision phacoemulsification cataract extraction. The primitive incision was modifi ed according to the size and hardness of the nucleus. The astigmatism, edema of cornea and the closeness of incision during and after the surgery were observed. · RESULTS: The incision was effectively closed (96.7%), and edema of cornea dis appeared at 1wk after the surgery. The astigmatism of cornea was not significant at 1mo after the surgery (P >0.05). · CONCLUSION: The dynamic incision is the efficacious method for non-phacoemuls ification cataract extraction because it can meet the need of different nuclear hardness. ·
