摘要
目的:探讨中医在额肌瓣悬吊术后上睑功能恢复治疗中的临床效果。方法:对15例额肌瓣悬吊术患者在拆除皮肤缝线后运用中医药治疗,每天1剂,每剂服2汁,第3汁局部热敷。结果:15例患者经过15～60d治疗,上睑开闭自如,局部肿胀迅速消退。结论:中医治疗有利于额肌瓣悬吊术后上睑功能的尽快恢复。
AIM: To evaluate the clinical effect of Chinese medicine treating in the the function resuming after frontalis muscle-fascial flap suspension. · METHODS: The Chinese medicine treatment was performed in 15 cases of blepharo ptosis after frontalis muscle-fascial flap suspension: a pharmaceutical every da y, every pharmaceutical is taken 2 juices, and fry out the third juice for local fomentation. · RESULTS: After 15-20d of treatment, Eyelid was moved about freely, and some i ntumescence disappeared quickly. · CONCLUSION: Chinese medicine treating is beneficial to the function resuming after frontalis muscle-fascial flap suspension. ·
