摘要
哈德半盘藻,培养种群在光暗周期中细胞分裂呈现每天三次繁殖峰的模式,细胞分裂受光、温因子的影响,光强度和光周期能够制约细胞的分裂频率和分裂的定时,而温度仅影响分裂频率。
Cell division patterns in the culture population of Hemidiscus hardman-nianas during growth in light-dark cycles showed three multiple peaks each day. Diel division patterns were influenced by the factors of light and temperature. The light intensity and photoperiod can restrict the rate and the timing of cell division, and the factor of temperature effect only the division rate in the population.
