中晚期食管癌手术方式的探讨——附96例报告

摘要 报道1989~1991年,共手术治疗中晚期食管癌96例,肿瘤切除率91.6%,术后并发症发生率11.4%,无手术死亡,笔者认为胸段食管癌采用经左胸切除,胃经食管床重建食管术有许多优点,值得采用,而残胃食管癌或估计肿瘤切除困难的病人,可采用胸骨后结肠代食管术,再经右胸切除食管,对本组食管癌国际TNM分期与淋巴结转移的关系也作了分析探讨。 Surgical treatment of progressing and advanced esophhageal carcinoma of 96 cases were carried out from 1989 to 1991 in our two hospitals. The overall resection rate was 91. 6%. post-operative complications occurred in 11. 4%. The operative mortality was 0%. The authors thought that the esophagogastrostomy through the esophageal bed and the esophagus substituted by colon were favorable methods. The transfer cases of regional lymph nodes were analyzed.
