国产试剂配制的培养液对小鼠早期胚胎培养效果的研究

EFFECT OF THE MEDIUM PREPARED FROM CHINESE REAGENTS ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF EARLY MOUSE EMBRYOS IN VITRO

本实验用 Whitten 的小鼠早期胚胎培养法验证了国产试剂配制培养液对小鼠早期胚胎体外培养的效果。实验表明,在用国产试剂配制的小鼠早期胚胎培养液中,2—细胞胚胎能正常发育到囊胚阶段。

The purity of the chemical ingredients in the chemically defined mediais a chief problem for cultivation of early mouse embryo.In the experi-ments,the embryos were cultured in Whitten's medium(1971)according tothe test-tube method.We have tested the effects of the media prepared part-ly or all from chinese reagents on the development of early mouse embryosit vitro.The 2-cell mouse embryos normally developed to blastoeysts inthese media.The results demonstrate that the chinese reagents from specificsources and the double glass-distilled water of Jinan tap water have attainedthe criteria for the preparation of chemically defined medium for cultivationof early mouse embryos.
