理论学习效果不如意是当下社会一个普遍而突出的问题。封闭性的组织方式是这一问题产生的原因之一。封闭性的组织方式存在许多缺憾 ,它阻碍了理论学习向纵深发展。要增强理论学习的吸引力 ,就学习的组织方式来说 ,必须提高开放度 ,增加互动性 ,变封闭式学习为开放式学习。

The results of theory study is not as one wishes. This is a generally outstanding problem in present society. The sealing organization way is one of the reasons why this problem produces. There are a lot of shortcomings in the sealing organization way, which has hindered theory-study from being developed in depth. In order to strengthen the appeal of theory-study, we should improve the degree of opening, increase the interdynamic level, make closed study into open study.
