Thoughts on Mode of Economic Development in Lishui City

改革开放二十多年来 ,由于经济发展模式的选择、体制、区位、文化及软环境等原因 ,丽水与发达地区的差距越来越大。坚持“三市并举”发展战略 ,理清经济发展思路 ,正确处理工业发展与生态建设的关系 ,建立瓯江经济联盟 ,降低城市门槛 ,突破土地瓶颈 ,加快政治体制改革和信用建设 ,吸引人才的进入 ,形成浓厚的创业氛围 ,探索出一条既符合经济发展规律又符合丽水实际的发展道路 ,实现丽水经济的跨越式发展 ,是我们必须要认真做好的工作。

The difference between Lishui City and the developed areas has become bigger and bigger since the reform and opening-up in 1980s because of the selection of the mode of the economic development, the system, the area-location, the culture and the soft-environment. What we must do is to adhere to the new developing strategy, to put the economic developing idea in order, correctly deal with the relationship between the industrial development and ecological construction, to set up Oujiang economic alliance, lower the demands for entering the city, speed up the reform of the political system and the credit construction in order to attract the talented, explore the developing way for Lishui's economic development ,and finally to realize the leap-typed economic development in Lishui.
