摘要
目的 合成植物生长调节剂对氯苯氧乙酸乙酯。方法 以强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂 ,对氯苯氧乙酸和乙醇为原料 ,采用正交实验法讨论了最佳合成工艺条件 :n(酸 )∶n(醇 ) =1∶10 ,反应温度为 80℃ ,催化剂用量为对氯苯氧乙酸质量的 1.6 % ,反应时间 2h条件下合成对氯苯氧乙酸乙酯。结果 对氯苯氧乙酸乙酯产率可达 96 .0 %。结论 强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂 ,分离方便 ,不污染环境 ,不腐蚀设备 ,不易引起副反应 ,产品色泽浅 ,重复使用 5次 ,仍保持较高的催化活性。
Objective: To synthesize plant growth regulator-the ethyl p-chlorophenoxyacetate. Methods: With the catalyst of strong acidic cationic exchange resin and the raw material of p-chlorophenoxyacetic acid and ethanol, the orthogonal experiments were made to discuss the optimum technological conditions: n(p-chlorophenoxyacetic acid)∶n(ethanol)=1∶10. The temperature of reaction was 80 ℃, the amount of catalyst was 1.6% of the quality of p-chlorophenoxyacetic acid and the reaction time was 2h. In this condition the ethyl p-chlorophenoxyacetate was synthesized. Results: The yield was up to 96.0%. Conclusion: The use of the strong acidic cationic exchange resin as the catalyst is easily to be broken down. It does not pollute the environment or corrupt the equipments and has less assistant reaction. The color is light and it can keep the high activity after used for 5 times repeatedly.
