经尿道膀胱粘膜下注射米托蒽醌加电切术治疗56例膀胱肿瘤的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨经尿道膀胱粘膜下注射米托蒽醌 (Mitoxamtrome,MTZ)加电切术 (TURBt)治疗膀胱肿瘤的效果。方法 对 5 6例膀胱肿瘤患者 ,先经尿道膀胱粘膜下注射米托蒽醌 ,然后行膀胱肿瘤电切术 (A组 ) ,同时选择 5 6例不作粘膜下注射MTZ ,只作电切术 (B组 )。二组术后均常规行卡介苗 (BCG)膀胱灌注。结果 经 10~ 18个月随访 ,行MTZ粘膜下注射组复发 6例 ,复发率 10 .7% ;对照组复发 2 0例 ,占 35 % ,两组对比P <0 .0 5。结论 MTZ粘膜下注射加TURBt可提高治疗效果 ,减少复发。 Objective: To raise the efficacy and reduce the rate of relapse by studying transurethralinjecton of the Mitoxamtrome(MTZ) and electrovaporization of bladder cancer(TURBt). Methods:56 cases ofbladder cancer received the MTZ solution injected to the pedicle of bladder tumor ,then TURBt was carried out, and 28 cases received TURBt alone. Both groups received a bcg vaccine( BCG) routine treatment. Results:The follow-up period ranged from 10~18 months. The recurrence rate of injection MTZ to the pedicle of bladder tumor was 0.7%. while in the controls the recurrence rate was 35%。Conclusion: TURBt combined with MTZ injection can increase the efficacy, and reduce recurrence rate.
