摘要 本文采用组织学方法对真鲷视网膜的组织结构进行观察,结果表明:真鲷视网膜存在大量视杆,单锥和孪生双锥三种光感受细胞,视网膜颞侧区为视锥高密集区,中央区和鼻侧区为视杆高密集区,明适应下,单锥和双锥呈正方形镶嵌结构,暗适应下,这一镶嵌结构仍然存在,平均每17。9个视细胞和一个双极细胞联系,每个神经节细胞和9.8个双极细胞联系。水平细胞四层,推测前三层为锥水平细胞,第四层为杆水平细胞。 By means of histological method, the histological structure of retina of Red Sea Bream (Pagrosomus major)is observed.It is found that there are three kinds of a great amount photoreceptors in the retina:rod (R), single cone (SC) and twin cone (TC). A specialized region is obsrevcd in the temporal periphery in which density of cone is higher than that in the other locations. The region with maximum density of rods is the center and nosal periphery. In the light-adapted retins, SC and TC are ar- ranged in square mosaic pattern;in the dark-adapted one,the pattern still exists. Each bipolar cell receives 17.9 photoreceptors, and each ganglion cells receives 9.8 bipolar cells. The horizontal cells of the retina are arranged in four layers, cone horizontals include the external,second and third layer, and rod horizontal arranges in the fourth layer.
