摘要
本文根据制冷工程设计的热力计算公式和设计原则,通过理论推导产将制冷系统热力设计参数计算公式演变成和压缩机“标准工况”制冷量成一定关系的计算公式,应用计算机进行计算,得出了氨双级压缩制冷系统在实际工况下各热力设计参数值,并将计算结果制成图表,应用时只要已知所设计制冷系统的冷凝温度,蒸发温度及双级机高低压机缸数比就可以本文所作的图表计算出设计者所需计算的热力参数值。
The paper investigates the relations between 'standard condition' and actual working conditions on R717 two-stage compression refrigeration cycle. Some cquations are established by the principles and basic equations on refrigeration engineering, which can be used in the calculation of thermodynamic parameters in design. The performance fac- tors in various conditions are obtained using a personal computer, With the tables of the factors, it is easy to compute thermodynamic parameters. It is quick and accurate at fig- ures compared with the common method in design. A mathmatical model and some equations for the performance of piston refrigeration compressors are also presented.
