氨卧式冷凝器的传热系数K值——作为冷凝热回收换热器时

摘要 在氨制冷系统中,当采用卧式壳管式冷凝器作为冷凝废热回收换热器时,常要求热水出口温度高于制冷剂的冷凝温度(如:高于40℃),在这种情况下,该换热器内制冷剂一般为气相,没有相变,其传热系数大大低于作为冷凝器的传热系数,本文通过大量计算,得出在不同的制冷剂循环量下数种卧式冷凝器作为回收换热器使用时的K值曲线图,可供冷库制冷系统热回收装置设计选型参考。 When using a horizontal shell-and-tube condenser as a condensing heat recov- ery excchanger in ammonia refrigeration systems, it is often required that the temperature of leaving hot water be higher than that of refrigerant (e.g.higher than 40℃). Under this condition, the refrigerant generally does not experience a phase change in the heat ex- changer, and the heat transfer coefficient is therefore greatly smaller than that under con- densation. In this paper, we obtain a diagram after a great number of calculations about heat transfer coefficient of several types of horizontal shell-and-tube condensers used as heat recovery exchangers under different refrigerant flow rates. It can be used as a reference for the designing and selecting of the heat recovery exchanger in cold storage refrigeration systems.
