摘要
采用自行设计的过渡工况控制及测量系统,对MWMTBD620柴油机进行了加栽过渡工况下的空燃比、 消光烟度及示功图参数的测试。试验结果表明,随负荷增加率的上升,空燃比减小,燃烧恶化;燃烧始点后移,预混 燃烧比明显下降。上述原因导致了在加载过渡工况下,随负荷增加率的升高,柴油机的性能恶化,油耗增加,燃烧 噪声变大,排气烟度上升。
The air-fuel ratio, smoke opacity and in-cylinder pressure of MWMTBD620 diesel engine under increasing power transient operating conditions were tested by a home-made control and measurement system. The conclusions show that with the rise of the power increasing rate the air-fuel ratio decreased rapidly, the combustion start point delayed, the premixed combustion rate reduced. All the factors make the performance of diesel engine deterioration, the fuel- consumption, combustion noise and smoke opacity increased with the power increasing rate.
