摘要
介绍了CA6110ZLA5车用柴油机的排放理论及控制方法。针对该机型提出了技术措施,通过提高喷射 压力,加快喷油速率,改善雾化质量,延迟喷油定时及匹配涡轮增压器等技术,进行优化配置试验,有效地降低了柴 油机NOx和PM排放,使该机型达到欧Ⅱ排放标准。
The measures taken to control exhaust emission of the CA6110ZLA5 type diesel engine are presented. Some technical measures were proposed for the engine, By taking the measure of increasing injection pressure and rate, delaying injection timing, improving fuel injection spray and optimizing turbocharger on CA6110ZLA5 Diesel, the harmful emission can be decreased effectively. The diesel engine satisfy the requese of Euro n standard.
