摘要
焊接大型工字梁车架,几种常见的焊接工艺均存在挠曲变形量较大的问题,严重影响焊接质量,针对上述情况,本项研究在焊接工艺的确定、生产工艺流程编制、工艺平面布置等方面通过计算设计了新的焊接工装和新方法,解决了大型焊件挠曲变形量下的实际问题。
When welding 'H' type longeron some usual welding technique all has serious bend deformation. This affects welding quality much more. In view of existing situation this research put forward one new welding technique and method through calculate. It is in the condition of ensure the best scheme to weld ' H' type longeron that this thesis has been put forward. the best welding technique has been chosen by integrated all the condition. Meanwhile, the techniques process and workshop arrange and some welding technique equipment have been decide by the production quantity and equipment ability.
