对国内外对联合电力系统中联络线控制研究的思路及其 2种研究方法—硬件装置和软件算法各自的特点和不足进行了分析 ,认为研究范围不能局限于受端系统 ,指出应加强对控端系统的研究。对电力市场环境下如何开展对联络线控制的研究作了介绍 ,并对研究的前景作了展望。

The paper presents some means of study to the control of the tie lines, mostly dividing them into two ways: hardware device and software arithmetic, and summarizes their character and defects, proposes not only researching in the receiving side, but paying more attention to studying in the sending side. The method how to study the control of tie lines under power marker was also given, and the future of research was also expected.
