摘要
阐述了接地故障保护中的 2个重要措施 ,即 :重复接地和总等电位联结及其在电气工程中的做法。并通过理论计算 ,定量分析了TN -C -S型配电系统中重复接地措施和总等电位联结措施对接地故障情况下降低人体接触电压的作用。
The paper elaborates two important steps of earthing malfunction protect in electrical engcneering such as repeated earthing, total equipotential bonding. Now to do it in electrical engineering through theoretic calculated to quantity analysis under the earthing malfunction situation in the TN-C-S electrical distribution systems the function of the steps of repeated earthing and total equipotential bonding to reduce the human contected electrical pressure.
