小型企业的信息化存在一定的困难。利用LotusDomino/Notes在企业原有的基础上设计、开发了基于Lotus系列软件的生产管理系统,实现信息的流通与共享。通过Notes界面直接使用关系型数据库中的数据。实现投入少,有效益的信息化。

Informationization in small enterprises is difficult. Taking the previous basis into consideration and a brand-new productive management system based on `LOTUS of software` has been developed. The operation interface of the new system realizes the communication and share of the information in virtue of the modem network technology, through which we can access relationship database from Notes database. So the effective informationization with low cost can realize through Notes interface.
