摘要 绩效技术 (PerformanceTechnology)简称为PT ,是国外教育技术学界及企业管理与培训的重要研究内容 ,但一直没有引起我国相关领域的足够重视。本文主要分析绩效技术的起源以及在国内、外研究发展现状 ,并根据绩效技术对我国的启示展望其在我国企业管理与培训中的应用前景。绩效技术思想将会被广泛地理解和吸收 ,绩效技术的趋势是融合理念上的认同所带来的行动习惯 ,它带给我们的不仅是一种方法 ,而是一个新的研究领域。 Performance Technology (PT) is an important content which be deeply studied in foreign countries in Instructional Technology field ,enterprise management and employee training , but don’t pay enough attention to this field in China. This article mainly analyses the resource of the performance technology and the researching development in foreign countries and China, and makes out a prospect estimation on the application of PT in enterprise management and employee training , according to the enlightenment which performance technology caused in our country. The idea of Performance Technology will be widely understanded and absorbed, there will be a integration trend of theory and practice. It is not only a method , but also a new researching field.
