网上证券交易风险及控制方法研究

Study on online securities trading risk and control method

网上证券交易的发展是近年来全球证券经济业务发展的一大趋势 ,但网上证券交易还存在相当的风险 ,除传统证券交易的风险外 ,还有其本身具有的特殊风险。针对这些风险产生的原因进行了研究 ,认为网上证券交易存在的风险主要有 :证券业务的一般风险和网上证券交易业务的特殊风险。通过对这些风险的分析 ,提出了针对风险的控制方法 ,主要涉及两方面内容 :网上证券交易的技术安全控制 ;网上证券交易的管理及人力资源控制。

Online development of securities trading is the main trend of global securities economic business in recent years. But online securities trading still have some risk . Besides of risks of the traditional securities trading, there are risks special. So this text goes on and studies on questions bring these risk. Author beleives that the online securities trading risk are as following: general risk of the stock exchange transaction and special risk of online securities trading business. Through analysis of these risks, this text has put forward the control method agaist risk . Involving three respects content mainly: the technology safety control of the online securities trading;the management and manpower resources control of the online securities trading;the policy risk control of the online securities trading.
