职工持股制及其社会价值之我见

摘要 职工持股制度作为完善公司治理结构 ,增强员工的劳动积极性和企业凝聚力的一种手段 ,近年来越来越受到企业界的关注。实行职工持股 ,使职工不仅有按劳分配获取劳动报酬的权利 ,还能获得资本增值所带来的利益。对于加强职工的主人翁意识 ,留住公司骨干人才具有十分重要的意义。在我国企业进行股份制改造 ,建立现代公司制度的改革过程中 ,职工持股还能有效弥补投资主体缺位所带来的监督弱化以及解决企业股票为少数人垄断等问题。 Staff share-holding system as means to perfect company administration structure , to strengthen employee’s enthusiasm and firm’s united power ,have been much focused by firms recently. Executing employee share-holding system, make staffs not only have the right of distribution according to work but the right of capital increment distribution according to investment.It has important significance to keep kernel ability staffs and to reinforced consciousness of owner’s . In our country, in the reform process of executing share-holding system and establishing modern company system, staff share-holding system,have the ability to overcome enterprise management problems as supervisor weak and inner controlled by reason of investment body vacancy.
