HIV进入宿主细胞的分子机制及相关药物研究进展

摘要 艾滋病(AIDS)是由人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)引起的恶性传染病,HIV 进入宿主细胞环节涉及病毒表面糖蛋白(gp120和gp41)与细胞表面受体蛋白(CD4,CCR5和CXCR4等)的相互作用。现就HIV 进入细胞的分子生物学机制以及目前针对病毒吸附与穿入设计的新型抗AIDS 药物作一综述。 Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is the virus that causes the acquired immun-odeficiency syndrome (AIDS).Invading of HIV into host cells involves the binding of HIV envelopeglycoproteins (gp120 and gp41) to their respective cell surface receptors (CD4 and chemokine co-re-ceptors).This paper reviews the mechanisms of virus penetration into the host cell and the current sta-tus of the relevant inhibitors being developed.
