rhIL-24刺激PBMC产生IFN-γ、IL-6的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 研究重组人白细胞介素24(rhlL-24)对外周血单个核细胞产生γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)的刺激效应。方法 正常人的外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)经含有rhlL-24的CHO细胞表达上清刺激48 h、72 h,取其刺激PBMC培养上清液用酶联免疫吸附试验((ELISA)法测定IFN-γ和IL-6含量。结果 加含rhlL-24的CHO细胞表达上清的实验组上清中IFN-γ和IL-6含量明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 rhlL-24对外周血单个核细胞分泌IFN-γ和IL-6具有刺激效应,说明rhlL-24具有明显的免疫调节功能。导师。 Objective To evaluate the effect of rhIL-24 stimulating on peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PMBC) to produce IFN-γand IL-6. Methods Normal PBMCs were cultured with the expression supernatant of the rhIL-24 CHO cell by 48 h and 72 h, its stimulated product was detected by ELISA. Results The quantity of IFN-7 and IL-6 in the groups of cells cultured with the expression supernatant of the rhIL-24 CHO cell was obvious higher than that in the groups without IFN-γand IL-6 (P<0.01). Conclusion rhIL-24 can induce PBMC to secrete IFN-γ and IL-6, Elucidation rhIL-24 have obvious function to regulate immunity.
