摘要
羟基磷灰石具有良好的生物相容性、骨传导性与骨诱导性,因此被广泛应用于人工骨的制造,但因其强 度和韧性较低,使其使用范围受到限制,如何提高其性能便成了研究的热点,本文综述了HAP人工骨的进展情况,并指 出了其可能的发展方向。
Hydroxyapatite has favorable biocompatibility,osteoconductivity and osteoinductivity,so it was used widely in artificial bone. Unfortunately,its intensity and toughness is low,which restrict its application range to low-stress condition. How to improve its performance has become the research hotspot. This paper summarize the developing of hydroxyapatite artificial bone,and point out some possible developing direction.
